As a native, Michelle is very comfortable working in areas all over California. As a lifetime resident of Los Angeles, she possesses a local's in depth knowledge of Southern California.
For 30 years Michelle has been a Los Angeles County property owner, manager, renovator, and investor. In the field of land ownership, she has worked with tenants, contractors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, the permit department, employees, mortgage brokers, and financial advisors, among others. These experiences and skills enable her to help clients navigate the complexities of today’s market landscape.
“I enjoy working in real estate. I feel passionate about helping clients identify their best interest, whether buying or selling, and negotiating the cleanest and most favorable deal possible,” Michelle says. “Real estate is a field I understand and it brings me joy to explore strategies and goals with clients."
In addition to keen insights on communities, schools and neighborhood amenities, Michelle is skilled at utilizing Compass marketing and technology tools to list luxury homes. Understanding and using technology assists her in everything from presenting and showing homes to negotiating, completing contracts, and having smooth closings. Clients appreciate the full-service approach and attention to detail.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Michelle received both her B.A. and M.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles. As an advocate for education, she also received her California teaching credential and taught in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
Michelle is active in the Beverly Hills schools and spent years volunteering in academics and sports at Beverly Hills schools. For 17 years she has gratefully served on the board of trustees and executive committee of Temple Isaiah in West Los Angeles.
